Congressman Hal Rogers and Gov. Steve Beshear will join leaders from across Kentucky at the 27^th annual East Kentucky Leadership Conference.The conference, Transforming Crisis into Opportunity, will be held on April 24-25 at The Center for Rural Development and will focus on some of the region’s key issues and future economic development.

This is not a conference for just a few speakers and listeners. The goal is to make everyone a speaker, listener, and most importantly, an effective leader.
